We pray that people would find strength and comfort in the promises of God and find encouragement and support in the loving care of fellow Christians. Unemployment Support Mentors - Monthly Meeting
Caring men and women are ready to help you! It is important to talk to other people who have had similar situations in life to receive support, insights, and encouragement. They meet monthly (normally the third Tuesday of the month). You can talk with someone who has “been there before” in an informal and relaxed setting. Unemployment mentors are Ron Hadley, Dale Berglund, and Pat Mansel. If you would like to ask when the next meeting is or how to be set up with a conversation partner to talk about dealing with job loss, contact Ron Hadley at 457-6552.

Sometimes people do not know where to call when help is needed. 2-1-1 has over 3,000 services listed for the Ottawa County area as well as volunteer and donation opportunities.

A self-help program designed to help people find the way out of financial bondage and into a debt-free way of living using the standards of the Word of God”
How do I register?
Call the Love, INC office at 662-3300 to schedule an appointment with a trained volunteer advisor.
How much does it cost?
The Loving Help program is absolutely free.
By attending a weekly meeting or private session, you will be linked to different resources that can provide you with counseling, tutoring, tax assistance, prayer, résumé preparation, back-to-school assistance, haircuts, food pantry, clothing, furniture & appliances, beds & bedding, oil changes and gas coupons.
Love, INC’s Relational Ministry will help you make lasting changes in your life. A trained mentor will walk alongside you for an extended period of time to help you overcome your problems and move toward self-sufficiency. It will provide you with a caring and nurturing relationship in a structured environment and includes skills training, mentoring, goal setting, and spiritual and emotional support.
